The Optom Room offers a most professional and efficient service, and has a great range of frames on offer. Karla, the optician and owner is a delightful lady and you’re in very good hands with her. Dima, the ‘first liner’ who mans the front desk is as delightful and ensures you receive your specs in good time. She’s the go-to person should you have any issues with your order. A great experience all round!!

We had a wonderful experience at The Optom Room for my children's eye exams. Her approach with kids is excellent—she is respectful, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Professional, friendly, and highly recommended.

My visit to the Optom Room (Rosebank) in May 2026 was a seamless professional experience. Dima at the front desk was welcoming and a Nespresso coffee corner with comfortable chairs was a thoughtful waiting area. Karla Strecker carried out all the required tests in an easy professional manner with modern equipment. The waiting period for replacement contact lenses & glasses was short and I was notified via WhatsApp when they were ready for collection. Parking was no problem with a validation code being issued by Optom Room for free exit. I will continue my eye checkups & review with Optom Room going forward.
